This quick tutorial will show you how to access your materials brought over from PowerSchool. The first step is to login to Schoology using your Shorecrest credentials via Google. . Once you are logged in, you will need to go to the Resources tab found on the green menu bar at the top of the page.. Under My Resources you will see a folder called PSL Bulk Migration. This folder contains all of the items that were assigned to you in the migration process.. Some of the classes were very large in size and required a second migration to take place, so you might see two PSL Bulk Migration folders. . Each course from PowerSchool Learning will appear as its own folder. . When you click on the folder, you will see the content that came over. . Pages are organized as folders and context will be organized within the folders. . You can verify all of your content by clicking into the different folders and clicking the links.. You can use the breadcrumb links at the top of the page to go back to the previous folder. . Some of you will see courses listed in your PSL Bulk Migration folder that may be empty. These are most likely original rosters courses that were made active at some point in time during the school year. . You can delete these folders once you are sure they are not needed by going to the gear on the right side. . Use the arrow to pull down the choices to select Delete.. You will be asked to verify you want to Delete the folder.. PLEASE NOTE: If you don’t see one of your classes listed, that does not mean it did not cover over in the import.. Classes were brought over to the owner or original creator of the class.You may have to reach out to the original owner and ask for them to share it with you. . If you don’t see your class and you believe you were the original owner, please submit a ticket to techsupport@shorecrest.org and we will investigate for you.
